Who we are
This is the private environment of Nieuwe Waarde B.V., an investing entity in the Netherlands. We use it to share insights into financial and other data about portfolio companies with the companies involved, co-investors and other partners, on a confidential basis. Access is by invitation or after approval only.
Signing in
You can sign in with a Google account, a Microsoft account, or with a one-time code that we send to your e-mail address. When you use Google or Microsoft, we only receive your name and the e-mail address of that account, plus a technical identifier that lets us recognise the same account next time. We never see your password and we do not read anything else in your account, such as your mail, files or contacts.
Signing in does not give access by itself. We decide who may see what. If your account is not known to us, you will see no information.
What we record
- Your name and e-mail address, and, if you asked for access, your company, role and mobile number.
- When you sign in, and which sections you open and when.
- A functional cookie that keeps you signed in. We use no advertising or tracking cookies.
Why
To keep this environment secure, to see whether the information we share is being used, and to honour our confidentiality commitments. We do not use it for anything else and we do not sell it.
Who else is involved
The environment runs on our own server. Google and Microsoft handle the sign-in with their accounts, and an e-mail delivery service sends sign-in codes and notifications.
How long we keep it
Records of the pages you open are kept for 12 months. Your account and sign-in records are kept for as long as you have access, and are removed on request.
